Ipswich Waterfront is celebrating all things nautical, this exciting free festival
brings together Ipswich's maritime past, present and future
on the Ipswich Waterfront Quayside and Docks
Join us for a celebration or maritime traditions, with
open-air performances and entertainment set against a
backdrop of traditional, classic and working vessels in the
Ipswich Docks
From 10am to 6pm on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st August
2011, visitors can enjoy a range of activities right along
Ipswich Waterfront, from Stoke Bridge to Orwell Quay.
Discover visiting vessels, period and modern re-enactments,
dance performances, displays and stalls, live traditional
music, food and drink festival, beer festival, fireworks and
much more on Ipswich Waterfront at the Ipswich Maritime
Festival
Maritime Ipswich 2011 is a partnership between
Ipswich Borough Council - Ipswich Central - Ipswich Waterfront Action -
Associated British Ports (ABP)
The Old Gaffers Association - Ipswich Maritime Trust
