Maritime Ipswich Festival!  An exciting programme of activities and Ipswich events are being put together by Ipswich Borough Council in partnership with a number of organisations for a fantastic programme of activities for 'Maritime Ipswich' 2012 Maritime Festival here on Ipswich Waterfront.
